Once you have registered, you will have access to our package of support, our marine innovation mentors will develop a bespoke action plan to ensure you receive the support most suited.
We do this by delivering with a combination of:
Hands on support
Working alongside you and at your pace, our Marine Innovation Mentors can assist with up to 5 days of bespoke assistance, tailored to your plans, targets and ambitions and, by utilising the Marine Excellence Model, benchmark and structure your development effectively and robustly.
Grant Scheme
The grant scheme is another route for marine businesses to obtain support that they need to make innovative changes within their business and its growth. Where the project mentors and other in-house experts cannot provide the type of support the business needs, the grant scheme exists to fill that gap.
Propel Sessions
A range of sessions including; peer group, industry learning, sessions on specific topics and needs, networking, collaborative working and some of the basics including marketing, finance and pooling industry expertise to work together, share best practice in order to reach your goals.
