Marine innovation Mentor A uniquely diverse skill set ensures Sam has a fully rounded management consultant skill set, from firm roots within publishing, Sam quickly moved through the management ranks working for clients such as Sony, Fender, Apple and this led to becoming the director of a full service advertising agency in Cornwall. There, Sam worked with many leading brands delivering multi-channel campaigns throughout Cornwall including brands such as Eden, Island Partnership and Visit Cornwall. With a digital passion growing, Sam went onto Project Direct for clients such as Argos and Confused.com with the global digital agency Netbooster. With a very rounded knowledge moving more into management and consultancy work, Sam worked on the launch of an innovative business support project that went onto to support over 700 businesses throughout Cornwall and the south West helping them to develop stronger and more robust growth plans for the future. Sam now applies his 20+ years’ marketing, communications and management expertise to help our SME clients on their growth paths, and as Harbour Commissioner at Newlyn Harbour, has all the skills to be able to understand and help Marine businesses grow robustly and to help the sector gain further visibility.
